Ready to join UFF today? Simply download the membership form (in Adobe Reader format), complete the form and return to your local chapter office. If you are unsure, you can mail it to the UFF Tallahassee office and it will be forwarded to your local chapter.
- Download and print the UFF Membership Form .
- Fill out the form completely and be sure to sign and date it.
- Submit to your Local UFF Chapter.
- Unsure where to send the form? Check the Chapter listing, or mail to the UFF State Office (United Faculty of Florida, 306 East Park Avenue, Tallahassee, FL 32301)
Are you a full-time faculty member at a Florida college or university without collective bargaining rights? You can still join and enjoy many of the benefits of UFF membership
- Print out the form. Either the UFF Membership Form in Word format or the
UFF Membership Form in Adobe PDF format.
- Fill out the form completely and be sure to sign and date it (use the respective Member Codes where appropriate).
- Mail the completed form to the UFF State Office, at the address below, with the appropriate membership fee. Annual fee, September 1, 2008, through August 31, 2009 is $445.77, $222.89 semin-annually, or $111.45 quarterly.
